Where did creditte first come across FuseWorks?

What did the collation and signing process look like before FuseWorks?

In short: inconsistent.

Every team member had their own way of preparing client packs. While the end product eventually made it out the door, the path to get there varied wildly, and sometimes a single pack could take up to 30 minutes to assemble.

How have the team adapted since the rollout?
