For Harris Black, FuseDocs was quick and easy to get up and running, and they can now prepare year-end collations at the click of a button.

Prior to installing FuseDocs, administration staff would spend hours preparing year-end collations for clients (sorting into the correct order, adding bookmarks, “sign here” stickers and security settings etc).

We integrated FuseDocs with their document management system (iManage) to extract the required documents to include in their collations. FuseDocs can even select a single relevant sheet from an excel document and pull this into the resultant collation.

Harris Black already had a strict document naming and location protocol in place, so the development and setup process was quick and simple. They were testing within days of giving FuseDocs the go ahead.

The flow on impacts of FuseDocs don’t stop at at saving time, team members at Harris Black are now using the capacity FuseDocs has helped them to create to engage in more meaningful work. 

As one example, Administration Assistant Gerald is now working closer with his senior managers to support them in delivering client facing initiatives, and he is enjoying being able to assist with marketing roadshows and team member training & development.

Since automating our collation process with FuseDocs, my role has evolved and provided an opportunity to work closely with our Senior Managers and assist with administrative tasks.​ ​

I am also able to assist with marketing roadshows and events, ASIC compliance and training other staff, just to name a few.​ ​
